ChannelSense Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

ChannelSense (@ChannelSense_bot) is a Telegram bot that gives group owners AI analytics of their groups and rewards active members with NFTs on TON.

1. What we store

• In groups where the bot was added: messages, Telegram user ID, username, name and message counts.
• Your TON wallet address, if you link one with /connect or /setwallet.
• Your settings: the selected group, digest and topic-alert subscriptions.
• Records of NFT rewards sent to you.

Messages you send to the bot in a private chat are not stored, except for the texts you give to commands.

2. Why

To provide group analytics, semantic search, digests, topic alerts and NFT rewards. We do not use the data for advertising and do not sell it.

3. Who else processes the data

• AI providers (Google Gemini via the paid Gemini API, Mistral AI) receive message text to build summaries and answers.
• Pinata (IPFS) and Getgems receive the NFT image, name and your wallet address when an NFT is minted for you.
• The database is kept on our server in Google Cloud.

NFTs and wallet addresses on the TON blockchain are public and cannot be deleted by anyone.

4. Your controls

• /privacy shows this summary in the bot.
• /delete_my_data deletes your messages, statistics, wallet link, NFT reward records, subscriptions and settings in all groups, and stops collecting your messages.
• /opt_in allows collecting again.
• /disconnect unlinks your wallet only.
